CS Fair 2024, Senior Design Project Fair of the Computer Engineering Department, took place at the Main Campus Sports Hall on May 17, 2024.
CS Fair included senior design project demos and presentations, short talks, project and personal award ceremonies, food, drinks, and a lot of fun. Students, faculty, company representatives, and student families attended the event.
33 innovative projects participated. Since 2012, innovation has been a key component in the senior projects as part of the CS 491/492 course sequence in the CS Department. Students come up with project ideas themselves and also get feedback from innovation experts working at different companies.
16 companies supported CS Fair as sponsors. 14 personal awards and 10 project awards were given. 2 Outstanding Teaching Assistant Awards and 2 Technical Service Awards were also given.
