The Department of Computer Engineering at Bilkent University seeks candidates for multiple open instructor positions. One role (Senior Design Course Coordinator) will primarily focus on coordinating the department’s Senior Design Project courses, while another (Foundational Computing Instructor) will mainly teach foundational computing courses. Our department serves other disciplines at Bilkent University through courses such as CS115 Introduction to Programming in Python, CS121 Introduction to Computer Applications and Programming, and CS125 Introduction to Data Analysis for Social Sciences.

Requirements for the Foundational Computing Instructor position:
– An M.S. degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Computer Science or a related field
– Teaching experience highly preferred
– Excellent communication skills
Additional requirements for the Senior Design Project Course Coordinator:
– Substantial industry experience in software development and project management
– Excellent coordination and organizational skills
