Department of Computer Engineering offers M.S. and Ph.D. degree programs. Current research area are algorithms, artificial intelligence, bioinformatics, computer graphics, computer networks, computer vision, cryptography, databases, data mining, embedded systems and robotics, information retrieval, internet computing, mobile and wireless systems, natural language processing, parallel and grid computing, pattern recognition, performance evaluation and analysis, scientific computing, and software engineering.
Educational Objectives for Graduate Program
The educational objectives of the graduate program are that our graduates achieve a successful career in industry, academia, or government through their ability in disseminates new knowledge through research and publications in core and emerging areas of the computer engineering discipline. The program contributes to the development of dedicated scholars, devoted educators, and innovative researchers.
All accepted students are offered tuition scholarships. Qualified students are offered research assistantships, health insurance, and free on-campus housing.

Please note: We can process your applications (deadline May 31, 2020) without GRE/TOELF/ALES scores (due to Covid19). However, if you are admitted to the program, you need to submit your valid scores at the time of registration, probably sometime in the second half of September. So it is important that you submit your application on time with the information available at that time.
